Rosselkhoznadzor Held Negotiations with Department of Agriculture of Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Kingdom of Thailand
Within the Rosselkhoznadzor activities on expanding exports of Russian grain and products thereof to international markets on March 14, 2018 the Service conducted technical negotiations with the Department of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of the Kingdom of Thailand in a videoconference format.
The main purpose of the discussions was harmonizing the draft Protocol provisions in the field of ensuring security, quality and phytosanitary requirements for mutual deliveries of grain and products thereof. This document is planned to be signed by the competent services of the two countries.
The parties discussed the technical details and agreed upon the relevant issues and proposals. Based on the results of the negotiations, the experts agreed to exchange the final version of the draft Protocol in due course to provide early signing of this document by the competent services of the two countries.
