In November 2020, an unscheduled on-site inspection was carried out against the owner of the land plot. During the inspection, violations of the requirements of the land legislation of the Russian Federation were revealed, namely, overgrowing of annual and perennial weed vegetation up to 1 m high was allowed on an agricultural land plot. According to the results of the inspection, the owner of the land plot was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 8.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for non-compliance with the established requirements and mandatory measures to improve and protect land, protect soil, prevent processes and other negative environmental impacts that worsen the quality of land, in the form of an administrative fine of 20 thousand rubles. An order was also issued to eliminate violations. Having disagreed with the specified resolution, the owner of the land plot appealed to the Privolzhsky District Court of Kazan with a complaint about the recognition of the resolution of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration as illegal and subject to cancellation. In September 2021, the court recognized the decision on bringing to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article8.7 The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and left the decision of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration unchanged, the complaint was not satisfied.
