The FDIS" Mercury " revealed the registration of EUSD for expired products
he Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Republic of Tatarstan, when monitoring the registration of veterinary accompanying documents (hereinafter – eVSD) in the FGIS "Mercury" at the enterprise "Irida" LLC, revealed violations established by the rules for organizing work on the registration of veterinary accompanying documents. So, when analyzing the issued eVSD of LLC "Irida", it was found that on 28.08.2021, the authorized person issued an eVSD for the products "Frozen Beef", the expiration date of which expired on 27.05.2021. Also, several more EUSDS with a similar violation were issued by this user. These actions lead to a violation of the requirements of Articles 15, 18, 21 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine" dated 14.05.1993 No. 4979-1; item 1,2 of the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated 27.12.2016 No. 589 "On approval of veterinary rules for the organization of work on the registration of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for the registration of veterinary accompanying documents on paper", Article 5 of Chapter I, item 12 of Article 10, item 7, 12 of Article 17 of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 021/2011 "On food safety", approved by.
