On January 28, 2021, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan considered an administrative case under Part 2 of Article 8.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation in relation to Yoldyz Agro LLC. In October 2020, the Rosselkhoznadzor Department carried out an unscheduled on-site inspection of Yoldyz Agro LLC for compliance with the requirements of the land legislation of the Russian Federation on two agricultural plots located within the Pospelovsky rural settlement of the Yelabuga district, with a total area of 80 hectares. These lands have been owned by the organization since October 5, 2018. During the inspection, it was found that the land over the entire area is overgrown with weeds, herbaceous and shrubby vegetation.
