On June, 30 specialists of the Border Veterinary Inspection on the Russian State Boundary and Transport of the Regional Office of the FSVPS in the Republic of Tatarstan inspected regulated products and issued accompanying documents for:

- 1 batch (13.3 t) of mayonnaise meal sent to Kaliningrad region.  AO Nefis-Bioproduct is the consignor of the products.

- 1 batch (19.2 t) of mayonnaise sent to Estonia.  AO Nefis-Bioproduct is the consignor of the products.

- 2 batches (34.8 t) of mayonnaise sent to Georgia. AO Nefis-Bioproduct is the consignor of the products.

- 2 batches (43 t) of fodder yeast sent to Lithuania.  OOO TAGRO is the consignor of the products.

Officers of the Department of Phytosanitary, Grain and Seed Quality Surveillance of the Regional Office of FSVPS in the Republic of Tatarstan found 7 kg of berries without phytosanitary certificate during the examination of hand luggage and baggage of passengers arrived from Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan) at the Kazan International Airport.

All the production under quarantine was destroyed via burning in the airport’s utilization oven under supervision of the officers.

Specialists of the Department of Phytosanitary, Grain and Seed Quality Surveillance of the Regional Office of the FSVPS in the Republic of Tatarstan inspected 20 tons of millet grein  of russian origin. This was done in response to a notification from OOO BAKALEYSHHIK of Vysokogorsky district.

AO Urbahsky kombinat is the consignor of the regulated production.

Officers of the State Veterinary Surveillance of the FSVPS in the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an unscheduled inspection of SHPK VAHITOVA which is located at 1a, Yanyl str., Kukmor district, the Republic of Tatarstan.

It was found that the entrepreneur violated veterinary legislation, during the inspection. The existing fencing did not provide prevention of penetration of wild animals on the territory of economy, the disinfecting barrier was absent at an entrance, disinfection mats for disinfection of footwear were absent at an entrance to livestock rooms.

Specialists of the Department of Phytosanitary, Grain and Seed Quality Surveillance of the Regional Office of the FSVPS in the Republic of Tatarstan examined 585 packets of soil of Russian origin. GARDEN RETAIL SERVIS OOO (Moscow region) is the consignor of regulated production.

This was done in response to a notification from OOO MAXIDOM (Kazan).

The inspectors selected probes during the examination and sent them to the FSFI "Tatar Interregional Veterinary Laboratory" to study the presence of quarantined objects  in the soil.

Specialists of the Department of Phytosanitary, Grain and Seed Quality Surveillance of the Regional Office of the FSVPS in the Republic of Tatarstan inspected 4.815 tons of сereal  of russian origin. This was done in response to a notification from OOO STOLICHNAY FABRIKA of Kazan.

This products are intended to be sent to the hypermarket Auchan of the Samara region.

The inspectors selected probes during the inspection and sent them to the Federal State-Funded Institution "Tatar Interregional Veterinary Laboratory" (FSFI TIVL) to study the presence of quarantined objects.

From 1 till 4 June, 2017 inspectors of Department of the Border Veterinary Inspection on the Russian State Boundary and Transport of the Regional Office of FSVPS in the Republic of Tatarstan inspected 80 flights in the Kazan International Airport.

The officers had found cheese home from the Republic of Turkmenistan during the examination of hand luggage and baggage of foreign passengers. This product has been withdrawn as the Rosselkhoznadzor established a temporary restriction on imports of products of animal origin in connection with the identification of FMD on the territory of the Uzbekistan.

Specialists of the Department of Phytosanitary, Grain and Seed Quality Surveillance of the Regional Office of the FSVPS in the Republic of Tatarstan examined the seeds of vegetable and flower crops of Russian origin. “GAZON SITY AGRO” OOO (Moscow region) is the consignor of the production.

This was done in response to a notification from OOO MAXIDOM (Kazan).

On May 22, 2018 the 23rd meeting of the Working Group on Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Russian-Indian Intergovernmental Commission took place in Moscow under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation A. Gruzdev and Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India R. Teaotia. The Rosselkhoznadzor was represented by Assistant to the Head Vasiliy Lavrovsky at the meeting.

On May 21, 2018 a meeting between Konstantin Savenkov, Deputy Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor, and Emina Mlakara, interim Director of the Serbian Veterinary Directorate was held on the margins of the 86th OIE General Session. The meeting was devoted to topical issues of cooperation  including inspection of Serbian establishments for their compliance with the RF and EAEU requirements.
